We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible! We dispatch 90% of orders on the same or next business day after the order is placed. During busy times (campaigns and holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

The delivery time for orders in Finland is approximately 1-3 business days. Posti's post parcels usually travel the fastest to larger cities.

We use PostNord and Posti for deliveries within Finland. Delivery costs include postage and packaging. Delivery costs are automatically added to the final amount when placing an order.

PostNord delivery to pick-up point 4,90€

You will receive the package at your chosen PostNord pick-up point. The package will arrive 1-2 working days after shipment. PostNord pick-up points are located throughout Finland in K-food stores, R-kiosks, package lockers, and other local businesses. You can track the delivery progress using the shipment tracking: https://ng.myschenker.fi/npseuranta/. You will receive a tracking number with your order. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified by email and text message.

Posti's small package delivery to home 4,90€

You will receive the package in your own mailbox or slot with other mail. The package will arrive 1-3 working days after shipment. The delivery progress can be tracked online or with the OmaPosti application.

Posti parcel delivery 4,90€

Delivery to the post office or package locker. The package will arrive 1-2 working days after shipment. The package can be picked up within 7 days. The delivery progress can be tracked online or with the OmaPosti application.

UPS Standard home delivery 10,90€

Undelivered deliveries:

Packages are only kept in lockers and pick-up points for 7 days. Please make sure to pick up the package on time.

For packages not picked up from lockers or pick-up points, we will charge the original shipping costs according to the delivery method as well as our return fee.

You can pick up your order free of charge from our Lauttasaari office. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up during our customer service hours. Our address is Dosentintie 7D, Helsinki. Please be prepared to show your ID.

We will charge a handling fee of 4.90€ for packages that are not picked up from our Lauttasaari office.

For deliveries we use PostNord, GLS and UPS Standard Delivery. In addition, Posti and Posti's partners are available in the Baltics and the Nordic countries. The delivery price and available options are shown automatically at checkout.

PostNord delivery / Sweden and Denmark

PostNord delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point €5.90–6.90. Available in the Nordic countries.

GLS delivery / EU countries

GLS delivery to a pickup point €5.90–9.90. Availability and price vary by country.

GLS Flex Delivery to your home or a pickup point, as you prefer, €7.90–12.90. Availability and price vary by country.

Other European countries
UPS Standard parcel €12.90.

Other countries
UPS Standard parcel €25–35.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided in the order.

If the product has been lost during transportation, damaged, you have been delivered the wrong product or the product has not arrived within a reasonable time, please immediately notify our customer service at home@ninyes.com. We will investigate the matter on your behalf.
