We compensate secondhand items with a voucher, based on the item’s estimated resale price. You’ll receive: – 60% of the resale price – 80% of the amount exceeding €80 From the total voucher value, we deduct: – A handling fee of €2.80 per item – A shipping fee of €6.90 (unless you use a Ninyes or partner drop-off point, in which case shipping is free) You must include at least one item from the brand for which you wish to receive a voucher. You can always choose a voucher for the Ninyes online store. If you choose multiple brands, the voucher value will be split equally between them. Once your items have been received and processed, you’ll receive an email with a summary of the estimated value. You then have three days to accept the proposed voucher amount. After acceptance, the voucher will be sent to you by email directly from the brand you selected. Vouchers are delivered on average within 2 weeks of your items arriving at Ninyes. You’ll receive your voucher right after we process your items—there’s no need to wait for the items to be sold. Vouchers are valid for 3–24 months, depending on the brand. You can check the exact validity on the brand’s own resale page or in the FAQ section. You can browse the selection and prices in the Ninyes online store to help estimate the secondhand value of your own items. The final voucher amount depends on the condition, seasonality, and style relevance of your items. STOCKMANN VOUCHER When selling children’s clothing, you can also choose a Stockmann voucher, in which case the compensation is 40% of the estimated resale price. The Stockmann voucher can only be selected when selling children’s items and cannot be combined with other brands. The voucher is available for pick-up only at the customer service desk of Stockmann Helsinki city center department store. You will receive detailed pick-up instructions by email. The Stockmann voucher can be used in Stockmann department stores like any regular Stockmann voucher. Please note: It is not valid for use in the Stockmann online store.

Send your items using a prepaid return code via Matkahuolto or Posti, or drop them off at the Ninyes office or one of our partner collection points. Pack your items tightly and neatly in any suitable box, parcel bag, or shipping envelope. Include a note titled "Ninyes Resale shipment" with your name, phone number, and email address inside the package. Write your name and phone number on the outside, along with the return address and return code. Please pack your items carefully in a durable mailing bag or box – we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Include your name and phone number, and make sure to fill out the Resale Form in advance. If you have a campaign code, only one code can be used per shipment. This also applies when dropping off items in person – they must be packed and the form submitted beforehand. Once we’ve received and processed your items, you’ll receive an email with the estimated voucher value. If we don’t hear from you within 3 days of sending the email, the value will be automatically accepted. The voucher will be sent to the email address you provided in the Resale Form and is valid for a minimum of 3 months. Providing valid contact details is essential. We require at least your name, phone number, and email address. Ninyes and its partners are not responsible for any issues or costs resulting from incorrect or missing contact information, failure to read or respond to our messages. We do not process or compensate for shipments lacking the sender’s name and contact details. We only process shipments where the Resale Form has been completed and the terms accepted. Our goal is to give every item a second life. However, Ninyes reserves the right to unilaterally determine whether an item meets our quality standards and is eligible for resale. If not, the customer can: – Have the items returned for a shipping fee of €6.90 (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany) or €8.90 (other EU countries) – Pick up the rejected items for free from our office: Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki / Mon–Thu 1pm–5pm Alternatively, you may choose to have the rejected items donated to charity or sent for textile recycling at no cost. Maternity box clothing will automatically be donated to charity. Campaigns are valid for a limited time. To receive the campaign benefit, the Resale Form must be completed during the campaign period and the items shipped within 10 days after the campaign ends.

Stockmann and Ninyes have partnered at the Stockmann Helsinki department store. You can now recycle children’s clothing purchased from Stockmann and receive a Stockmann voucher in return. You can also shop secondhand children’s clothing curated by Ninyes, available in the children’s department at Stockmann Helsinki. The voucher value is 40% of the estimated resale price, and it can only be picked up at the Stockmann Helsinki city centre department store. You may also choose a Stockmann voucher under the same terms if you send in only children’s clothing from approved brands directly to Ninyes.
