Yes, Ninyes’ compensation model was updated on May 15, 2025. If you fill out the Resale Form on or after that date, the new rates apply: For secondhand items priced between €10–€80 → you’ll receive 60% of the resale price For items priced over €80 → you’ll receive 80% of the amount exceeding €80 A handling fee of €2.80 per item applies If you filled out the Resale Form before May 15, 2025, the previous rates apply: For items priced between €10–€70 → you received 50% of the resale price For items over €70 → you received 70% of the full resale price The handling fee was €1.00 per item All compensation is paid as a voucher.

We reward you quickly with a voucher to your chosen Ninyes partner brand. The voucher is a digital gift card which you receive from the brand as soon as we have checked your items.

The value of your voucher is based on the estimated resale price of the accepted items you send:

• If an item’s resale price is €10-80 → you receive 60%
• If an item’s resale price is over €80 → you receive more; 80% on the value above €80

There’s no waiting for a buyer. Once we’ve checked your items, your voucher is sent to you, usually within two weeks.

You can also choose a voucher to Ninyes or Stockmann. When choosing a Stockmann gift card, the compensation is always 50% of the item's resale price.

A handling fee of €2.80 per item and any applicable shipping costs are deducted from your voucher value.

We assess each item individually. The resale value depends on: – Condition of the item – Product details provided – Our experience with its sales potential Note: Two identical items can have different resale prices depending on their condition.

Sometimes we have to reject items that don’t meet our resale criteria. Yes, you can! When sending your resale shipment, you can choose which of our partner brands’ gift cards you’d like to receive as your compensation. See all available gift card options here.

You’ll receive your voucher by email approximately two weeks after your items arrive at our facility. First, we process your items and send you a summary of the estimated value and compensation. You have 3 days to accept or reject our offer. If we don’t hear back, the offer will be automatically accepted. After that, your voucher will be emailed to you directly by your chosen brand within a few business days.

The validity period of the voucher varies between 6 and 36 months, depending on the brand. You can check the validity period (in months) for each brand in the list below.

We only tidy the items so they are mainly in the condition we receive them from our customers. We instruct our sellers to send in clean and well-maintained items. If an item has stains or other notable issues, they are clearly mentioned in the product description and condition rating. We recommend washing the item before use if needed.

No, we do not replace insoles. We sell shoes in the condition we received them. The product description always includes details about the shoe's condition, including any wear on the insoles.
