Yes, Ninyes’ compensation model was updated on May 15, 2025. If you fill out the Resale Form on or after that date, the new rates apply:
For secondhand items priced between €10–€80 → you’ll receive 60% of the resale price
For items priced over €80 → you’ll receive 80% of the amount exceeding €80
A handling fee of €2.80 per item applies
If you filled out the Resale Form before May 15, 2025, the previous rates apply:
For items priced between €10–€70 → you received 50% of the resale price
For items over €70 → you received 70% of the full resale price
The handling fee was €1.00 per item
All compensation is paid as a voucher.

You’ll receive:
– 60% of the item’s resale price
– 80% of the amount exceeding €80
We deduct a €2.80 handling fee per item and any applicable shipping fees.
Items dropped off at a Ninyes Collection Box are free of shipping charges.
We assess each item individually. The resale value depends on:
– Condition of the item
– Product details provided
– Our experience with its sales potential
Note: Two identical items can have different resale prices depending on their condition.
Sometimes we have to reject items that don’t meet our resale criteria. Reasons may include:
– The item is not in good condition, intact, or clean
– The brand label is missing or damaged
– The estimated resale value is below €10
– The brand is not on our approved brand list

Yes, you can – as long as you return at least one item from your selected brand, you can choose a gift card for that brand.
If you're sending items from multiple brands, you can choose to split the compensation between different gift cards.
If your chosen brand’s gift card is not available, you can always select a Ninyes gift card, which can be used in our online store.
You’ll receive your voucher by email approximately two weeks after your items arrive at our facility.
First, we process your items and send you a summary of the estimated value and compensation.
You have 3 days to accept or reject our offer. If we don’t hear back, the offer will be automatically accepted.
After that, your voucher will be emailed to you directly by your chosen brand within a few business days.
The validity period of the voucher varies between 3 and 24 months, depending on the brand.

Yes! When you receive and accept the voucher offer, you can also let us know what you’d like to do with any rejected items:

Yes, you can! All our collection points accept items from any approved brand.

Yes, absolutely! Just contact our customer service, and we’ll send you a payment link for the shipping cost and deliver your order by post.

We only tidy the items so they are mainly in the condition we receive them from our customers. We instruct our sellers to send in clean and well-maintained items.
If an item has stains or other notable issues, they are clearly mentioned in the product description and condition rating. We recommend washing the item before use if needed.
No, we do not replace insoles. We sell shoes in the condition we received them. The product description always includes details about the shoe's condition, including any wear on the insoles.
